Our mission is to serve the Church in terms of its educational needs.
- That mission includes supporting our Sunday school teachers and superintendent, supporting the VBS program, and planning and scheduling junior youth activities.
- We are focusing especially on the offerings of the Sunday school children. We believe that it helps them understand the need for stewardship, and it helps to foster an understanding and awareness of the needs of others.
Special Sunday school offerings have included the following:
- Advent’s mission to Haiti
- Advent’s mission to Kenya
- Canned goods for people of need
- Supplies for the soldiers in Iraq
- Christmas gifts for a needy family of Advent
- Processional Cross and alter needs for Epiphany Lutheran Church
