Altar Guild

 

The Altar guild cares for the sanctuary furnishings and vestments. 

 

They change altar paraments, prepare and set out the elements for both Holy Baptism and the Lord's Supper, and provide for the cleaning and care of the sacred vessels and altar cloths. 

 

Meetings are few; most of the time involved is in ensuring that the altar area is properly prepared for worship each worship service.

 

Please consider spending just a few extra minutes every several Sundays as part of a team preparing Christ’s precious, tangible gift of His body and blood in the sacrament of Holy Communion.
